Welcome to PRANJAL STUDIOS. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Android application, game, or web service provided by Pranjal Tiwari (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. License & Usage Rights

PRANJAL STUDIOS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our mobile applications strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Google Play Store Store Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, graphics, brand logos, visual designs, sound effects, audio tracks, UI/UX elements, trademarks, and content contained within PRANJAL STUDIOS applications (including Kids Learning Games, STDHELP Smart Study, Dimag Ka Dahi Quiz, Policy Connect Pro, ScanMaster AI, Bubble Galaxy Legends, and Coloring Games: Color & Paint) are the exclusive intellectual property of Pranjal Tiwari and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Restrictions

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any application.
  • Modify, translate, adapt, alter, or create derivative works based upon the applications.
  • Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or mirror APK binaries on unauthorized third-party platforms.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to manipulate leaderboards or quiz scoring systems.

4. Educational & Information Disclaimer

Educational applications such as STDHELP Smart Study are provided for study support and self-assessment purposes. While we strive to maintain complete accuracy, PRANJAL STUDIOS makes no guarantees regarding specific academic exam results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRANJAL STUDIOS and Pranjal Tiwari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our applications or website.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate Services or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
